At Mat Trotters Gymnastics we offer several programs for boys and girls. We start our pre-school program at ages 18 months all the way up to 6 years. In our preschool classes our focus is fun healthy fitness! We introduce loco-motor skills necessary for school and incorporate gymnastics skill development, balance, and flexibility.
For our school age athletes we offer a recreational program that can develop into a Gymnastics Career. Starting with 1 hour per week for basic gymnastics and progressing up to multiple hours and days according to family interest.
Tumbling and cheerleading programs start at one hour in length and accommodate all skill levels and ages.
Our Newest Adventure is TRICKING! This new class offers and introduction to martial arts kicks, flips, and twists. With 9 progression levels there is a class for all! For more information call Mat Trotters Gymnastics, Cheer and Tumbling at 722-0808.
With morning and afternoon classes Monday through Friday we even offer Saturday classes to accommodate the busiest of families.
Birthday Parties: 1 Hour 30 Minutes of Party Fun!
